Pricing

Orders
* Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
* We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable or an error has occurred.
Product Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, dimensions and images are accurate. Due to natural timber variations, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances, colours, grain and finishes may vary slightly from those shown.
Deposits & Payments
* Full payment is required before delivery or collection.
* Deposits are generally non-refundable for purchases due to change of mind.
Delivery
* Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery.
* Additional charges may apply where deliveries require extra labour, stair access, or re-delivery due to restricted access.
* Order ETA dates are estimates only. Delays caused by suppliers, shipping companies or circumstances outside our control are not grounds for cancellation.
Holding of Goods
Orders must be collected/organised for delivery within a reasonable time after notification. If in excess of the agreed upon hold period, orders may be cancelled and deposit fortified.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
Warranties
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Additional manufacturer warranties may also apply where stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the goods.
